    I purchased these to add to my home workout and I have no regrets, best investment. They are very sturdy, I loke the little pouch they give, makes it very easy to not only keep them together and not misplaced any of the bands but also, you can take with you to the gym or wherever you’re going to work out at.

    They are comfortable easy to use and seem to be good quality my complaint is that they are too long to really get good resistance unless you loop them a few times and i am only 5 foot 4

    Although you are limited in the exercises you can do with this set, you can do a suprisingly good number for the glute and lower leg area.I like doing abduction (or is it adduction, I can never remember) as well as lunges and donkey kicks. Together perhaps with other resistance band sets you can do a thorough workout at home or when you travel.This particular set doesn’t take up much space in the little mesh bag you get and it’s light enough to put in your luggage if you’re flying.I have no idea at this stage how long it will last with repeated use, but it’s lasting fine so far.Although they seem to emphasise its use for women with all the pictures, I’d say it’s equally useful for men, especially since you can combine all three bands for stronger resistance. So overall I’m happy to give a 5 star rating.

    I was pretty shocked when I saw how short the resistance bands were and thought there was no way I would be able to stretch them to the length shown in the photos!Well, I was right, I can’t! 😂I have pretty strong runners legs but clearly don’t have muscles in the right places for these. I have also found that I have no balance! I need to hold on to something whilst using them.It is taking me a while to get used to these (I feel like I am in police shackles when I put them on 😂) but I am persevering with them as I want to strengthen my bum muscles to help with my running.I am still on the lowest 10lbs band and it is still challenging. Not sure I will ever make it up to 30lbs. I have given the other 2 bands a quick go and you can certainly feel the difference between the 3 bands.It does come with instructions and a handy pouch to keep everything in.It’s a good set, but only as good as the user I suppose. 😂

    I have many mobile workout accessories which includes a VR headset, numerous types of resistance bands, loop stretch bands, gym ball and… well, my own body!But these are a great addition to adding resistance to leg exercises and own body weight exercises.As shown in my photos, I do:Forward lunges (Quads and glutes)Lateral lunges (quads, hamstrings and glutes)Donkey Kicks (Glutes)Side lying leg lifts (Glutes)Hamstring Curls (Hamstrings)Standing Glute Kickback (Glutes)Standing Leg Lifts (Abs, Lower back, Obliques and glutes)So, for Glutes, Hamstrings, Quads, abs, lower back, and obliques, we are sorted. But unfortunately, these bands won’t give a full leg work out because there isn’t any exercise I can think of that will work the calves with these bands alone. So, for a leg workout only session, I will still need a mini loop band to do calf raises.However, if taking these to a gym with a cable machine, then these can be used to do much more exercises including the calves by replacing the machine handlebar and hooking one of the ankle straps to the cable instead.But these are still a great addition to a resistance band kit.
