Pads can also be stored in the refrigerator. Use as a breast pump aid to encourage let-down and spend less time pumping. To use as a breast pump aid, heat according to the instructions and wrap around the breast pump flange. Do not overheat. Great for nursing moms
I got these after coming home from the hospital after having a baby with sore nipples from nursing. I love that they can be frozen to help with pain and they can be warmed to help with stimulating milk production. They are convenient and a good value.

These do more good than I would have anticipated. The cold shock at first can be alarming but let it pass for a few seconds and then enjoy the comfort. Really helped with my exclusive pumping journey

Great for Antenatal Breast Pain!
I’ve had intense antenatal breast pain during my pregnancy and my OB recommended some sort of hand warmer or something similar. I figured there were probably products specifically designed for the breasts and lo and behold easy to find.They say you can only heat up for a max of 25 seconds although it says to heat up for initial heating time first which was a variation between 17-20 seconds and there after approximately 5 seconds increments. However I heated it up for about 30 seconds but separated out into 15 second increments and the product seemed to work just fine.Absolutely incredible pain relief near instantly and I’m very happy to say that this was well worth the money. Excited to see how they can help with postpartum issues.

Lifesaver during the first trimester!
I love that this product can be used during any stage of pregnancy and after. If you struggle with tenderness, the heat from these will help so much! It is as simple as 20 seconds in the microwave (flip halfway through). One thing I disliked is I can’t microwave the two at the same time. I have a full size microwave, but if the two pads touch- they will stick together. I do love how large they are and the little cloth pouch that comes with them. It helps to keep the direct heat or cold off your skin- but still allows enough heat or cold to come through. I would definitely buy these for any expecting mother!

Good but hassle
It’s good and serves its purpose. But I find it to be hassle to freeze then reheat. I would rather have a separate hot compress and have this as my cold compress.

Help with milk supply
These therapy pads help soothe and I wear them at night to help with milk supply. I love that they can be used warm or cold! I used them with my first baby when trying to wean. Definitely recommend a must have!

Great for pumping output and relax full feeling
Lifesavers! I like that they are multi purpose as who wants more things to keep track of with a newborn.I needed sleep and got a bit too full, warmed these guys up, and placed them guys on a few minutes before and left them on while pumping and had the most output I’ve ever had. I didn’t need to massage my dense set as much. The milk truly poured out and in 5mins I already had at least an ounce and a half kn each side which is fast for my supply.Can’t wait to keep using these. These lovely guys should be in more gift guides.

Doesn’t stay cold or warm long at all
During my pregnancy I’ve had horrible breast pain and cold seems to help better than heat. I’ve tried both options with these; mostly frozen and literally after 1 minute they are not cold anymore, fit my small breasts great but definitely not useful for cold or hot therapy.

If you are going to have a baby, you NEED this!It heats up quickly in the microwave, or you can freeze it! Helps to prevent mastitis and other breastfeeding issues!! Comes with awesome soft covers that have buttons on them. The buttons click together and it turns the pads into perfect circles with a hole in the middle. I slide my medela breast pump flanges through the middle hole and boom! Instant heat pack to help with let-down that’s attached to the pump! Soooooo convenient!I only wish I had bought two sets – one for the freezer and one for heat for when I needed to alternate!
