This book is truly a gem and wealth of information! “It is a collection of healing herbal recipes specially focused on what you need for each season…” p.xiii. From beginning to the end – The special note is a warm tribute to her mom and the ties she had to nature. There is a very useful recipe index and Appendix A – E.I plan on rereading the sections devoted to each season before that season rolls around. This is a great reference book of herbs and remedies to keep as a handy resource.
