I use this before doing strenuous and repetitive farm work. ie: back of shoulders or forearms and works amazing. If I have a sore muscle – relieves it quickly. highly recommend

Miraculous!
I was told about this many years ago by a naturopath before I had a large surgery. After researching it, I saw that it is not good to take internally because it causes instances of low blood pressure and other things. I did, however purchase the gel and I really don’t know what its mechanism is but one time I smashed my toe and pretty much within a couple minutes put some of the Arnica gel on it, and it took the pain away, and my toenail did not turn black, but diagonally white. It had been separated only halfway from my nail bed but never turned black. I use it whenever I hurt myself, as soon as possible. It works best the sooner it is applied after an injury. I don’t know how it works for muscle pain, and stuff like that.

Amazed by the pain relief without smell.
My husband actually bought this for a deep quad tear he got in a fall while hiking. It really helped him with pain relief. When I realized how much relief he got with it I used it on my knee. I have had knee pain with hiking over the years that seemed to have improved with leg strengthening exercise. But after a 120 mile hike with a steep descent on the last day I had deep inflammation that only hurt when I flexed (like when setting in the floor with legs crisscrossed. It would really hurt. I used it for about a week day and night. I was amazed when the pain went away completely. I would highly recommend this product! I will definitely be buying it again and I have told so many others about how well it works.

Don’t buy this. I bought it in Sep 2024, I didn’t realize it would expire in Feb 2025. I wanted to use it 1st time and throw it away now. Waste of money
