great quality slip leads
this is an automatic 5 star the only way it would get a 1 star is if it had some kind of catastrophic failure. this is a great slip lead for getting dogs quickly in and out of vet offices and for short, controlled walks in non busy areas which i do use this for. this is a slip lead and doesn’t have a size adjuster for the loop. i also wouldn’t walk more than 1 dog using multiple slip leads b/c all it takes is a quick head shake and the lead will come off, hence you have to really pay attention when walking your dog to keep the right tension on the leash to keep the loop secured enough around the neck. the quality of the nylon and weave is excellent although it does fray easily the strength of the leash isn’t compromised.

Wow! I’ve been using an old “clinic” lead for quite some time and always looking for these leads, but unlessyou want to buy a “100 pack”…So when I saw these offered in a 6 pk decided to get them.These are WAY sturdier than the clinic leashes we used…these are about double the thickness at least, maybe even MORE!These are heavy duty for bathing, grooming, at the Vets or Boarding kennel… I keep one in a “bug out bag” my backpack & by the “doggy bath supplies” b/c these are what the groomers/Vets use.Very happy to see these…

I wasn’t going to feel bad about losing too much money
I belong to a pet rescue transport group and I bought these slip leads to keep in my bag for those times when we pick up pups or dogs and they don’t have collars or leashes with them. Some rescues either don’t provide those items or send one and our transport group requires all uncrated pets to be double-tethered. These were inexpensive enough that if I had to use one or two and leave them with the next driver to maintain the double-tethering, I wasn’t going to feel bad about losing too much money. They work perfectly and have come in really handy to have! They’re easy to put on and they stay on the dogs I’ve used them on so far. Great quality for the price.

I’ve been in pet care for over 50 years and these slip leashes are by far the best braided nylon leashes I have ever used. The thicker braid is much easier on the hand when handling the much unwell behaved dogs that is the new norm in todays pet world.

Purchased to keep in cars for rescue purposes
Super great product. Showed to my son when I received & he said they were great. He had just seen stray dog in his neighborhood day before that he helped find owner. It would have been easier with one of these leases used by rescuers, vets, groomers, police, etc… I gave him 3. Thatâs 1 for back pack, 1 for trunk of each vehicle. We have 1 for each vehicle along with dog first aid kits, blankets, dog/cat food just in event we find endangered animal on highway, lost & wandering. We have rescued 2 & returned to owner safely 2 in 2018 & 3 cats (1 with feral with kittens). It feels great helping. These leashes require no collar. They are a nice quality & not to hard. Iâm going to buy more to give as gifts to rescue foundations & friends.
