Surprised what this did for my health.Mental clarity and mood improved, more flush pink skin in the cheeks, and a sense of over all good health and well being. The act of moving standing and sitting has more of a flow to it. A deep wholesome sense of good health. Also, the cracking and pain in my neck stopped. Previously EDTA was the only supplement that did this. Vitamin K-dependent proteins (VKDPs) like matrix Gla protein (MGP) and osteocalcin can chelate calcium naturally after vitamin K-dependent carboxylation. Vitamin K-rich foods and supplements appear to be a better preventive strategy for maintaining vascular health compared to EDTA chelation.This supplement would be essential for people who have disintegrating vertebra or disks, joint pain and the like.I typically take it with 20,000 – 70,000 units of vitamin D & would recommend that others consider this also
