Very pleased! My Nutritionalist told me to never buy vitamins or supplements made from 5he USA bc they have added so many other unnatural ingredients in them. Most of the time we don’t look at the bottom of the bottle, we just look for the one we need. So don’t purchase from WalMart, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, CVS or Walgreen. Order only organic products

Serving Size is 4 Capsules!
It should be pointed out that the serving size for this supplement is not one capsule — it is four capsules. And the mfr recommends taking it in two doses – morning and evening. For anyone who has trouble swallowing capsules or wants the convenience of a single capsule serving, this would not be the right supplement.
