Super convenient and easy to use
I’m actually surprised how much I’ve ended up using these due to their convenience. I have free weights and machines at home so it’s not like it’s a burden to go to the gym. However, keeping this set of bands next to my desk has me randomly picking them up and exercising during drawn out meetings or when I’ve sat for too long. This is a really decent “gym in a bag”. I plan on taking on travel with me. It’s a pretty small it even with all of the bands but it would be easy to save space by only taking the ones you know you will use. I’m not using anything above the orange band at the moment. Because resistance is required you do sometimes have to get creative or find the right positioning to target the areas you want. You don’t have gravity on your side like with free weights. The quality seems great though with anything like this my concern is how well they will hold up over time, especially with UV exposure that can rapidly deteriorate rubber. At this point all I can say is that I’m really happy. Considering the convenience and versatility if they last at least a year I’d consider them worth the cost and get another set.

Perfect for less than the price of a month at the gym
Iâm an old guy that was told by the Doc that I need to do some type of weight/resistance training to increase muscle mass and flexibility.Iâm just not comfortable going to the gym, and someone recommended trying resistance bands to get me back on track.These are doing something as Iâm as sore as hell!I wish that these came with a more traditional workout as whatâs included seems to be geared toward athletes. A Google search gave me what I needed.I assume that over time, these will stretch out as rubber bands do. The jury is out on how long theyâll last.Overall, Iâm impressed and hope that these might eventually lead me to the gym when Iâm no longer struggling with 10 pound weights.

PowerNet seems to me to be a great company. First off, their Resistance Loop Exercise Bands are of good quality, come in a reusable pouch that cinches closed, and come with a booklet with exercise suggestions.Each band is clearly labeled with it’s level of strength.My set happened to arrive with two of the Heavy (red) bands and was missing the X-Heavy (black) band. I contacted the company and they shipped me the missing band. Excellent customer service. Quick, responsive, and helpful.I’m glad to add these to my home workout equipment. Good set and a good deal.

Durable and convenient
I am very happy with this set of resistance bands. They seem very durable, come with a workout booklet, and are labeled so there is no confusion. The included drawstring storage bag is handy to keep them all in one place.Overall, I am happy with the quality and utility of these bands, and would not hesitate to order from this company again.

Easy to use, good quality
Iâm very happy with these resistant loop bands. There are five different resistance levels which makes them great for a variety of exercises. They are high quality from what I can tell. It even came with a booklet of different exercises to get you started. And I didnât really think of the bag as much of a selling point, but it actually really comes in handy to keep them all together and organized. Iâm very happy with this purchase and would recommend!

Excellent Resistance Bands
A full set of 5 resistance bands of differing resistances that provide a nice range for a variety of arm and leg exercises. Primarily valuable for stretching and warm-ups these bands come with their own carry bag and a pamphlet with 10 basic practical exercises. The good news is that the resistances are printed on the bands, so you don’t need to have memorized color codes when searching for a specific one. Overall a nice addition to your suite of exercise tools
