2nd one in 2 months to stop working!!
WHAT A JOKE. I purchased this 2 months ago, within the first week of using this walking pad it was becoming noisy, would randomly slow down and would give off a odor that smelt like something burning. I sent a video as proof to the company, they claimed it was due to a bad motor so they sent a replacement, same make and model of the 1st one I purchased. They reassured me it was just a “random malfunction” and that my replacment would work smoothly. Well…fast forward to using the 2nd walking pad from this company for about 2 weeks of use and sure enough, same. exact. thing. is happening. As proof, I will share a video. It sounds like a lawn mower in my freaking living room, it will randomly stop while I’m walking and the screen will say ERROR and it smells like something is burning. Please do not purchase this walking pad from this company. For $100 you could easily find one that actually works and wont stink up your home within a week of using it. This walking pad and company is garbage, you can’t tell me this is a coincidence that TWO walking pads within 2 months from this company ended up having a “random malfunction” with the motor…. proof is in the pudding, cheaply made & a waste of money.

Don’t waste your time!
I bought this and used it for 5 days and then it stopped working! Reached out to seller and they offered to send me another for free which is all well and great but I don’t want to not be refunded my money and then have 2 broken walking pads to dispose of. Im returning for refund.

Great at first until failed
It was a good treadmill at first but it only lasted 3 months. It started to bounce/vibrate while on it. Adjusted the tensioners and lubricated under belt. Nothing helped. Then motor started making noises.
