Nice addition to home gym
This water kettlebell is nice to have as part of a home gym in my apartment. I usually keep it filled up, but I like that I could always empty it to free up space when I am not using it, or if I want to travel with it. It’s also nice that it is soft and squishy compared to a solid metal bell, so I can be less gentle with it when doing reps in my apartment without disturbing the person below me. I wish the straps had some kind of foam grip you could put on them just to make it more comfortable to hold, but at only 10 lbs this isn’t too much of an issue. I weighed it on a scale when it was almost completely filled up and it was just under 10 lbs, so pretty accurate.

Wildy Impractical
This is wildly impractical- but you knew that, right? It’s a dumbell made by filling an admittedly thick PVC bag with water from your faucet. It could burst at any moment, the inflation valve is simple and could pop open, soaking you and your floors with water. However, it is pretty funny, and if you’re the kind of person with no pets, no kids, no clumsy housemates, perfect motor control, and extremely quick reflexes, it could be kinda fun! As for me, I’ll be draining it and hoping there’s no water left in it when I shove it in a closet and forget about it.

Portable, safe and versatile substitute to a kettlebell.
The material of this water kettlebell is durable PVC.  It is scratch-proof if used normally – dropping the kettlebell doesn’t break it nor hurt you or the floor. The handles are flexible but firm. Unlike the heavier weights, this 10-lb pumpkin doesn’t have a round handle for easier grip. For me, it’s not necessary but is highly preferable.The bag doesn’t actually accommodate 10 lbs of water. I weighed it several times using a digital scale and it always gives me an 8.9 to 9 lb reading.  In the grand scheme of things, 1 pound less isn’t that bad.  I don’t know about you, but I know it bothers me that I’m not lifting a perfect 10 lbs instead.I’ve used this for a variety of exercises including hip raises (off the floor). I would just lay it flat in my abdomen and it is quite secure. Keeping your torso balanced so as not to drop it also improves my core exercises.This may not be the perfect 10-lb kettlebell for me, but it’s a safe and versatile free weight I can use for a variety of purposes. It also doubles as a portable water jug! It is pricey, but I’m sure it will last me a long time.  I also won’t have to leave behind another kettlebell if I move to another place.

見ての通りですがまず外見がポップなデザインでかわいいです。製品画像と実物に差異はありません。普通のダンベルを購入した場合と比較してインテリア性があるのはアピールポイント。また水の量を調整することでウェイトを変えられるのはやはり便利で、形状的に水も入れやすく文句なしです。水より比重の重い液体もしくは砂など入れれば更に重量を増やせるとは思いますが、破損の危険がありますので試していません。ご覧の皆様も辞めておくが吉です。また畳んでしまえるので使用時はダンベルより大きいですが水を抜けば浮き輪のように丸めてしまえます。

かわいい商品が届きました。水を入れるとかなり重いです。3日坊主の私にはとても良い商品です。使わなくなれば、水を抜いておいておけばいいので。ハード対応のものは水を抜いても場所をとりますがこれはかなり小さくたためます。想像以上に重いのにはびっくりです。体調に合わせて、重さを変更したいと思います。良いトレーニングになると思います。

想像していた以上に利点の多い商品だったので、一つずつ書いていきます。①自分で水を入れるので重量の調整をしやすい②持ち運びしやすい ※ただし、水を抜くときの栓はかなり硬い③サビないのでどこにでも置ける④持ち手が二つあるので、いろんな使い方ができる⑤水なので当たっても痛くない7.5kg表記ですが、持ち手を上にひっぱりながら注水すると、7.8kgまで入りました。サビないので私は屋外に置いて使っています。持ち手がすべりにくいのでアームカールもしやすいですし、懸垂する時に足にひっかければ重りとしても使えます。とても使い勝手が良く、思っていた以上に便利な商品でした。
