Melatonin has been a game changer for me. I have always found it hard to fall asleep and stay asleep. After I recently stopped taking a medication that I had taken for a very long time I was unable to sleep very much at all. I did everything I could to get the sleep I so desperately needed. The combination of everything had improved my sleep tremendously. Where I used to get anywhere from 2 to 5 hours sleep I am now sleeping 7 to 9 nines hours every night. While all of these steps have helped, I know the melatonin is key to a good night’s sleep for me. I was curious to see if the melatonin was working so I stopped taking it for several nights and I found it took longer to fall asleep and I woke up several times during the night and had a harder time falling back to sleep. I usually fall asleep within 30 to 60 minutes after taking one. I used to take a big brand name, but they cost more than twice as much as these for the same amount of melatonin.Pros: Easy to chew and taste great. Work fast. Less expensive than other brands.Cons: Too much causes me to have nightmares and to feel depressed. I found that one gummy (2.5mg) is perfect for me.

Sleepy, but in the morning.
One alone definitely helps me get to sleep, but boy is it hard getting up in the morning. Im so incredibly groggy and it takes awhile to wear off. Never sure if it’s going to be worth it when I take them, but they taste really good.
