Heavenly Scent
This product smells amazing! it is a natural strong jasmine scent. I am currently using it in a small bathroom. The scent is strong enough to spill over into an adjacent hallway. It took a day or two for the diffuser reeds to get fully soaked in order to release the most scent. I love this so much, I plan to buy more bottles to put in other rooms. I am pleased that you can buy a larger bottle to refill the smaller bottles which it comes in. Don’t hesitate to buy. You will not be disappointed. I can’t really speak to how long it lasts. I have had it a couple of weeks, and there is still a lot left in the bottle.

Relaxing scent for my office
The lavender scent and strength are just right. Iâve tried many different lavender scented diffusers but they either donât have true lavender scent or simply donât have much of a scent at all. This one works and Iâm ordering another one for the bedroom.

Scent was good but very light and shortlived. I had ones before that as soon as you walk in you can smell the scent in the room… this one was only when you are next to it you get a little smell and it also is for just a few days

Absolutely amazing scent with Lemongrass. Perfect for our bathroom. Highly fragranced with a natural approach not like a perfume scent. Very Zen like. Going to purchase the refill. Earth tone bottle goes well with almost any decor too!

Came in a box labeled lemon and citronella, and smells a such.
First off the product is incredibly tiny. I was thinking it might add something decorative as well as functional to keep the bathroom smelling fresh and looking sharp. This item would be more at home set beside Grandmas collection of miniatures. It looks absurd. That however, is not at the heart of this bad review. The fact is it smells awful. The product came in a box labeled lemon and citronella which made me instantly regret the purchase. However, once opened the inside packaging was correctly labeled lemongrass so I exhaled and with trepidation gave it a shot. Two hours later, the bathroom indeed reeks of citronella and not lemongrass. Citronella is a smell we put up with in the hopes of reducing bug bites outside. It does not belong in a bathroom or household. This product is giving me a headache. If i could return it I would, alas my search goes on for a natural smelling diffuser. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Incorrect scent & laughably small
I ordered the Lavender scent and incorrectly received the Lily & Jasmine scent instead. The bottle is also laughably small. I donât foresee the scent lasting more than a week, tops.

I love the scent of jasmine and this diffuser smells wonderful. Itâs relaxing and itâs nice to walk into a fresh smelling home.

First time trying their lemongrass series. The smell is different from other brands.so Iâm not quite used to it. Tried their Japanese ryokan and love the fragrance and quite long lasting like 2 month( I use 2-3 reeds)

As soon as I open it and left for a few minutes, the room is filled with it! Unlike the ones that I brought before. The aroma is really high quality. Was looking for black room decor, this had look great with nice scent. Look forward to try the hotel reed diffuser soon!

Wonderful product with a mild calming fragrance. It is very effective and fills my 10Ã14 feet bedroom with a lingering fragrance that’s there but not overwhelming. We have the lavender one. I like that they also have the oil refill available.Deducted 1 star because the oil lasted for only about 20 days with 5 reeds it it. I am guessing reducing the number of reeds I put in it would make it last longer, but then the fragrance would not be strong enough for a big room. I imagine it will work excellently for smaller rooms with low ventilation, like a bathroom.
