Broke after 3 months
Product worked well but broke after about 3 months of use. Description says that company will replace within 12 months but tried to reach customer service via email and phone to no avail.

Too thin a gripper. Ball mount is too small, holds too loosely
At first, I thought this thing would be amazing! Motorized arms, wireless charging. Cool! But… using this with my iPhone 8+ and friend’s Razer Phone 2, both are too thick to comfortably fit in the mount. The mount’s arms are too short and barely grasp halfway up the side edge of my phone with the tips of the arms, holding it so loosely it falls out with a wisp of air (or a road bump). The arms are also fully extended – there’s little to no movement in the arm’s range of motion.I’m sorry… I have big hands! I use a big phone.Second problem is that the ball mount is so small it can’t hold in position. Tightened down securely (remember: big hands?), and the thing still barely holds itself in place. Breathe on it, and it’ll “give” and flop down. Go over a bump, and woop goes your phone.Thought about trying to overcome these shortcomings with some glue and engineering, but honestly I’ll probably just return it and find something different.

Great product but feels cheaply made
This charger is really handy and convenient, but it feels flimsy. I’m not expecting it to last very long, but it’s so handy, I’d probably buy another one.
