    What a deal!! I love the colors and that one of the nicest prettiest pink and purple ever!!!! Each mat has a exercise position and pose front and back and you can drop the nat any where . Easy to clean and wipe down with a antibacterial wipes or warm water soap the best part is you can take it where you go. ..exercise whenever you’re in control of how much and how little you choose to work the mat. Best if all you do t forget the exercise you were doing or are making progress with. So get off your pretty little buns and start working the with this mat and yoga and see the miraculous change in you !!! I’m excited for you 😄

    Good yoga mat with poses
    I had been using a 1/2 inch thick, extremely cushy yoga mat for years. I have foot deformities and pain, so I thought the cushioning might help. With standing poses however, it was honestly a hindrance. Too much work trying to keep my feet flat on the ground.This seems much better for standing poses, and I appreciate the reminder pictures of the various poses. I did go a little overboard trying some I am not quite capable of or out of practice with though, so maybe be a little cautious at first, lol. I’m happy I was able to get one with poses printed on it for a decent price (less than $50 and legible).

    I like it – good thickness, nice diagrams
    This mat is thicker than a standard yoga mat, but not as thick as a Pilates mat. I have a thick prana mat that I bought years ago for the added cushioning for my bad knees and bony spine. I needed a second mat but didn’t want to pay $65, so I tried this. It’s pretty decent, doesn’t smell at all, and has just enough added padding without being so much that it affects your balance. If you have really sensitive knees, you’ll want something thicker.

    Perfect thickness
    Such a well made, sturdy mat. I am incredibly pleased with the quality and price of this mat. Ive been doing yoga off amd on for some time but i typically go to guided classes. This mat gives me the confidence to try new flows at home. Before the mat i usually only remember a handful of poses from class. Now im growing and flowing in my yoga practice. Also the mat itself is great support on any surface indoor and out.

    My first use of this mat and I loved it. It has increased my stability by 50 fold as compared to my previous mat. This mat does not slip off the floor and you can also do a headstand without loosing your grip on it. Being the first review from India for this product, I would completely recommend it for all the yoga enthusiasts. Cushioning also helps and poses can be done easily without pain. A must buy for those who are confused which one to go for our of the options available.

    Grip is better then most but there is still gap in the ideal grip. I dont’s know what will happen afterwords as i use this product. But yeah grip need some imporvement but it is certainly better then wiselife yoga mats.
