Great pads for adults beds but can also be used for childrens
Since I started chemo I have had to try out all these mattress pads so that no accident goes through to my mattress. While this is a bit larger than I normally get, the price was reasonable for 4 of them and they do have the rubber padding on back. The only thing about these that I noticed is that you have to either tuck them under your mattress on one side or make sure it is far enough away from the edge because if you move this may move with you and the rubber padding on the other side is a bit slippery and you will slide off the bed as I did. I have never encountered that with any of the other pads I have purchased. Being that I am weak from being so sick on chemo I was unable to catch or stop myself and I am a plus size woman and we had to have the police come to help me up. Thankfully I was unhurt. They do wash nicely but let air dry because if you put them in the dryer the rubber gets a funky smell and that transferees onto your sheets. I would say over all even though I had an issue I am still going to buy these in the future because they are cost effective and a good size considering the price paid. Plus they work well. No wetness on to your sheets or mattress

GREAT PRODUCT
I was the caregiver for my Mom who was bedbound. These bed pads are the best ever. Definitely keeps the mattress and linen clean and dry. I didn’t need to, but I’d also use a disposable pad just in case on top of this product. I was really pleased and it kept my Mom comfortable and dry. It was also an aid in turning her from side to side.
