Really work- increased lab results
I was very deficient in vitamin D due to my location and fair skin. Fortunately, these pills increased my lab results by 9ng/Ml over the course of about 3 months. My results still arenât perfect, but Iâm excited to see real results! I also appreciated that they include vitamin K as it can prevent some of the calcium recomposition that can happen with sudden vitamin D increases. They are small white pills. They were easy to swallow and did not have an after taste. Iâm excited to continue working on my levels!

Why my CAC score was ZERO?!
Iâve been taking this K2 with the Doctorâs Best Vitamin D3 for a couple of years. Iâm pretty good about taking it every day. I recently had a Coronary Artery Calcium scan, which shows the amount of calcium in your arteriesâ itâs a good predictor of heart attacks. My score was ZERO, which is excellent! I attribute that mostly to this K2, because my eating habits need some work. I donât live on fast food and I do try to avoid seed oils, but I could do better.

Vitamin K2 should be taken with Vitamin D3. But K2 should be taken at different times than the D3. So, it is good to have these vitamins in separate pills. Reason: they may compete for transport if taken at the same time.K2 directs calcium suspended in the blood by Vitamin D3 to the places calcium is best suited forâ-the leg bones, teeth, arm bones, etc. Without K2 calcium will end up coating the arteries! You donât want that! Take your K2 m7! So, I take this to live longer! How is that for a product?It is possible to overdose on K2 so you need to study up on Vitamin K2 m7 and Vitamin D3.This product is the âm7â type which is the best type. The other type is âm4â.I take K2 at breakfast, Multi with Zinc at Lunch and D3 at Dinner with magnesium. In this way, K2 is not taken with D3. You need to do some study to understand that D3 works with magnesium. Also, magnesium conflicts with Zinc. So I have specific time slots for all of them.

If you had a calcium test done and your score came back higher than you thought….
This is what caused me to starting use K2 Mk-7. It ensures any extra calcium you have in your body goes to your bones and not soft tissue (heart). If you’ve had a calcium store test done and you had some build up, get on this right away. I ended up going to an interventional cardiologist after my score came back higher (couldn’t believe it wasn’t zero) than expected. He said get on K2-Mk-7…which I already was….and that will help great.I’ve always been a fan of Doctor’s Best…solid quality, great pricing and very consistent. Do some additional research…I’ve also heard K7 Mk-7 with D3 can help with Corona Virus?Please let me know if this review was helpful.

Purchased this to take together with my calcium supplements since the calcium supplements that I am taking only has magnesium and Vitamin D. Read that K2 should be taken together with Vitamin D. Product came in good condition with long expiry date.
