Needed for my phone
I needed these because the phone I have doesn’t have a regular earbud jack, so it needs this adapter. I don’t or can’t always use my bluetooth ones so having these is necessary if I want to use regular earphones. Return window closed on the sixteenth. Stopped working on the eighteenth. Both died. They still charge, but headphone jack stopped working. Tested with multiple earbuds and none worked.

it works as advertised and is decent for price only issue is audio cable port didnt like plugging in fully so would make a loud pop sound through speakers (tried on a couple cars) until you plugged it in and twisted to just right position but otherwise good

Headphones donât perform well when chargering
When used with both a charger and cheap plug-in headphones, the first word of each sentence of audiobooks gets cut off. Remove the charger and the headphones resume normal function. Kind of defeats the purpose of a combo dongle.
