ecent for Mild Acne, But Not a Game-Changer
Iâve been using the CeraVe Acne Control Gel for a few weeks, and while it has some benefits, it didnât completely meet my expectations. Hereâs my honest take:Pros:Gentle Formula: Itâs non-irritating and doesnât dry out my skin, which is great for those with sensitive or combination skin.Lightweight Texture: The gel is easy to apply and absorbs quickly without feeling greasy or heavy.Hydrating Ingredients: The inclusion of ceramides and niacinamide helps maintain my skin barrier, leaving my skin feeling soft.Cons:Slow Results: While it slightly reduced some blemishes, it took weeks to see any noticeable improvement. Itâs not ideal if youâre looking for faster results.Not Effective for Severe Acne: This product seems to work better for mild breakouts, but it didnât do much for larger or more stubborn pimples.Price vs. Performance: For the cost, I expected better results. MY BIG TIP: Head over to CeraVe’s official website and take their skin quiz. It takes a few minutes and it will give you a skin care routine based on your answers. Then order those recommended products and follow the routine!I’ve used other acne treatments and gels before but this one has been the best by far! I’ve been using this for 10 nights (PM only) now and I started noticing the results in about 7 days. I’m still getting breakouts but they’re really tiny and typically go away in a day or 2 since I started using CeraVe’s Acne line of products. Prior to using CeraVe, my breakouts would take about a week to clear and then I’m left with dark spots that take weeks more to heal. Super happy with this one!

I received it like almost 2weeks maybe and only now I write the review to see the result. I have acne at my chin and I put this every morning and night. It slows down the acne gently and it’s almost healed. I love this product that I ordered the other Cerave recommend to combine with this foe my oily face! What a lifesaver
