I did not notice any significant results unfortunately
As soon as school starts it seems like sickness starts spreading and this year was no different. I started taking this supplement about a week before the school year started to give my immune system a boost but by week 3 of school I had the same cold as everyone else. I feel like these are no different than taking a multivitamin-they are still good for you and they might help lessen the affects of illness and ailment, but they can’t cure it/fix it completely.

Good mix of essential immunity boosting ingredients
I used this for about a month but didn’t take the entire dose of 2 pills. I mostly alternated between 1 pill one day and 2 the next. My vitamin D levels were up to 43 from the 20s, but I have been taking other Vit D supplements before this, and Vit D does take a few months to build up, so it’s not just this supplement alone that helped it improve. My previous supplement however was only Vit D. This one does also provide Vitamin C, Zinc, and others that are very important for immunity according to studies. My family has been taking some form of immune supplements mostly in the form of gummies, and I opted for these. So far I’m pleased with this and recommend it. The cost is higher than a regular vitamin D supplement, but it does offer a larger dose and also a good mix of immunity boosters that you don’t have to buy separately.

Immunity supplement that’s easy to take
I work with young children, so I’m always looking to stay healthy. I keep some kind of Vitamin C based supplement on hand at all times for when I feel a cold coming on. I really like this Defense Immune Support because it has basic immunity vitamins in the ingredients, plus zinc and elderberry (I don’t see elderberry in many other products). The capsules are a regular size and easy to take, no strange aftertaste at all. I prefer these capsules to gummies or fizzy drinks. They are so much quicker and easier to take. There are a lot of capsules in the bottle, so they should last me a while – I don’t take them daily, just when I feel a scratchy throat or feel extra fatigued. I would definitely buy these again, even though they are on the expensive side at $20 for 30 servings.
