These posters are wonderful. They are high quality laminated posters, a large size that can be put on exercise room walls if that works best for you. I love the variety of exercises on each page and it is motivating me to do more of the exercises. A very good value.

These came laminated with quality materials used and I appreciate they were double sided. A light side or dark side if you prefer. Same workouts on both sides.

I should have paid better attention to the description. I wanted to be able to display all sections but had to choose between a couple that occupied two sides of the same poster. Overall the laminate is quality and the images are well done.
