Works well, let the updates finish and it has good performance
Tablet is called cp20s. Has Rockchip 3562 processor. Works well after you let all the app updates and google play protect virus checks finish. This can take 15 to 30 minutes if it hasn’t been started for a few days. If you use the tablet for youtube or whatever after first starting it up, it will delay doing the updates and that drags out the laggy performance. I have had it for 9 or 10 months and no problems. I use it for web surfing or youtube. I am not a gamer. The processor performs well in my opinion. It does get a little warm in your hand sometimes but not bad. Only does 2.4 ghz wifi, but it seems fairly quick. I like it much better than a tablet I just bot off ebay for $85.

Alot of features wrapped into one with caveats
Charging port is mushy not very solid also charging time is slow and only seems to work with USB C provided. Ram is only 4 Gb with 6 Gb of Virtual Ram. With that said the performance can be slow and choppy at times but actually runs fairly well. Youtube videos play at 4K and high graphic games like Call of Duty mobile and ARK: Ultimate Mobile are able to be installed on this device (I haven’t tested them but they are available for download in Playstore). It also has dual Stereo speakers that are fairly loud and Bluetooth. For the price point I’d say grab you a case and tempered glass screen protector and buy it. My biggest complaint is the charging port and speed of charging. I definitely would not recommend charging and playing on this at the same time as the port may become unusable.

Easy to set up and a great value
Right out of the box the device came fully charged. It was rather easy to set it up. Of course, you do need your WiFi password and email address to download your previous unit, if you have one. Overall, so far, it is a very good machine. I played a streaming video on it, and it played flawlessly. I was impressed. I also downloaded a music player to play my music on the device. That took some doing. The download of my music from my computer had to be done via a cable and you need to format within the machine, an SD card, if that is where you want to store your music. Recommend you copy and paste en mass your music library and SEND TO the SD card on the tablet. Once everything was downloaded, using my downloaded player, everything played well. Unlike a previous machine, everything remained MP3 format.One small drawback it the charging rate. It seems very slow. There may be a setting I’ve missed but if this is the only drawback I find, this will be a very good machine to use.We will see about the durability of the device as time goes on.

Serious Software Issue – Do Not Buy Until Fixed!
IMPORTANT: The attached video was recorded AFTER everything I had to do to make the tablet somewhat usable. Before that, clicking the ‘home’ button would only show a black screen.This tablet has potential. It’s definitely not on the same level as more well-known brands, but for the price, it’s acceptable. However, I have to highlight a very important issue. This was most likely a batch-wide defect (since all three tablets I purchased had EXACTLY the same issue).These tablets use Quickstep as the system launcher on Android 13, but the pre-installed version has a defective build, which means the launcher does not work. So, imagine my surprise when I gave the first tablet as a gift to my nephew, we went through the basic setup, and then, when we tried to exit settings to install apps, we were met with a completely black screen, rendering the device unusable.The only solution I found was to open the Play Store through the system settings and download a different launcher. Then, I set that new launcher as the default, and only then was the tablet usable. Unfortunately, since the pre-installed launcher is broken, the “recent apps” button in the navigation bar does not work. Only the back and home buttons function properly.Because I didn’t have time to return these and order new ones (it was the same day as the birthday), I had to leave them as they were. The other two tablets were gifts for my nephew’s friends, and since they were already there, I had to help them go through the same process to get their tablets working.So, the product isn’t entirely bad, but as of now, it’s impossible to recommend. Wait for the brand to release a system update that fixes the default launcher, and only then consider buying it. Until then, DO NOT BUY.Notes:- Yes, I checked for Android updates.- Yes, I checked for Quickstep updates.- Yes, I factory reset the tablet and reinstalled the latest OS and app versions.- None of these actions solved the issue.- None of this should even be necessary—it’s supposed to be a ready-to-use product.

La tablet es funcional, la calidad de la imagen no es extraordinaria como otras, pero esta decente. En general la capacidad de memoria tanto RAM como del disco duro son excelente. He tenido problemas para el funcionamiento de algunas aplicaciones de ofimática, y de igual forma es difícil tener adaptadores compatibles que puedan ayudar a conectarse a proyectores o a la TV por medio de HDMI o VGA.
