Great choice when you don’t need/it’s too late to take something heavier
These are a nice mild relaxant that are a great option when you don’t need to be bulldozed to sleep by a medication. I use them when I wake up a few hours before my alarm goes off so it’s too late to take something that will leave me groggy. They help me fall back asleep without making me feel worse in the morning.

Non-narcotic, safe sleep aid that works
I started using Calms Forte in the days when I used to do a lot of business travel. It’s a safe, non-narcotic homeopathic med that actually helps me sleep. No hangover. Like other homeopathic medicines, it may not work for everybody, but I recommend it. And it’s inexpensive.

Nice calming tablets
To be clear, these are not sleeping pills. They help you calm your brain. During the day and at night. Not something you take everyday, I feel like your body might get used to them and they might stop working.

Did not work for me!
I bought this product hoping it would help me stay asleep. My problem is not falling asleep, but staying asleep. I wake up around 4 or 5 am and I have problems going back to sleep. I friend recommend this product to me. They say their Doctor suggested them to her. So, I got them. At first I tried the 2 tables before I went to bed. Its did not help. It did not help with my sleep. It felt like I did not even take them. I tried 2 pills for 3 nights and nothing. So I try 5 pills (I’m a big guy), I thought maybe its not effect of a dose. Nothing, no different. Just like I took no pills at all. I tried 5 pills for 3 nights. I hope this works for you. But, I did not help me. Good luck on finding something that help you sleep.

Works kinda, some of the time
I’m one of those people who wake by about 4am every day. I’ve used other homeopathic sleep aids, but this one is my least favorite so far.Pros: I can use it during intermittent fasting, bc it’s not chewable.At home, on a regular day, it can get me an extra hour or so of sleep.It does not cause grogginess at all the next day.Cons: it does not seem to be strong enough to keep me asleep through minor aches that awaken me.Once I’m awake in the middle of the night, it does not seem to help me get back to sleep.Still groggy from lack of sleep.If there’s any stress, travel, etc, I don’t notice any benefit or added sleep at all.
