I love this training vest! I have been strength training for about a month. I was looking for a training vest to give me more resistance help burn more calories and strength from my muscles. This vest is amazing. It is true to wait. I got the 10 pound best. I have a 40 inch chest and it fits perfectly. It is really comfortable and very adjustable. It is very nice quality and very durable at first. I thought that I might not like a vest. I couldn’t adjust the weight but quickly realized it was the best thing as I couldn’t take the weights out when I found it tough it forced me to finish the workout with it on and I like that. It comes very nicely, packaged, and a lot of care has been taken to make sure it arrives in good condition. Very easy to use all you need to do is pop it on and adjust to your size. I definitely feel this is going to improve my strength help define muscles and help burn more calories. I think it is excellent value for money. I would highly recommend.

The ZELUS Weighted Vest is quite nice. My first experience with a soft weighted vest and I’m quite impressed with the usage of iron sand. The iron sand gives it enough weight to be useful while also allowing the product to be very comfortable to wear. You loosen the straps, dawn the vest, then cinch it back again as needed. The straps are designed for a solo person to adjust too, which is great. Materials are soft, strong, and very well put together. I have the 10lb version.
