Sometimes lactation supplements have a bad taste, but these are so good!! Doesnât taste medicine like or have an overpowering vitamin flavor. This will keep you healthy and hydrated, while keeping your supply strong. You can mix with other drinks or juices. Smells good and is not thick like youâd expect a healthy benefit drink to be.

Ingredients & Flavor Changed
When I began ordering this last year as a new mom, I loved it, and I’ve continued to drink it post breastfeeding because I enjoyed the simple ingredients and that the flavor wasn’t overpoweringly sweet. It was also great for an electrolyte boost on the days I knew I was busy and wasn’t focused on staying properly hydrated. However, when I received my subscription this month, I noticed an immediate taste difference, not for the better. I compared the list of ingredients on the new packaging to an old carton and was incredibly disappointed to see the list of ingredients almost doubled in size, and that the amount of sugar per serving is approximately double what it was previously. Packaging size was also different, which wasn’t hugely inconvenient, but seems like it could be more wasteful from an environmental standpoint since they’re individual servings now. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my subscription because I’m not comfortable consuming this while pregnant or giving it to my kids with the added cane sugar and ingredients that aren’t easily pronounced. It’s unfortunate to see something that was previously delightful change for the worse. However, I would absolutely purchase again if the ingredients were simplified to what they were previously.

Very Delicious, and helpful for lactation
I use this to help with production of breast milk. It works very well. I love it. I am able to breast feed my daughter consistently with this product. It is a bit expensive but totally worth it. I get it delivered every two weeks.
