no changes that I can see or feel- maybe i need more time Idk but they are very easy to swallow. The have a minty taste going down – like a tums – not bad.

This is my favorite dig. enzyme pill, it’s a blend of a few different types of enzymes. They’re just the right strength so that they settle my stomach, help things to get moving without being too strong or send me running to the can. On a rough day I might take 2-3 thru out the day. Only concern is that one ingredient (pancreatin?) is animal sourced, so I do look for alternatives.
