Delicious tasting immune support supplement
I’ve taken elderberry every winter for years, but this supplement is even better since it has echinacea, quercetin, zinc, and vitamins too. It’s much more convenient to take a dropper of this twice a day instead of a bunch of pills, and this tastes great too. It tastes just like black elderberries should – sweet and slightly tart. This liquid comes in a dark glass bottle with a dropper with the dose measurement marked on it. I’m not able to pull a full ml out with the dropper though, so I just fill it to the 0.5ml mark twice to get the right amount. I’ve tried it in water and directly under my tongue and prefer to take it under the tongue because I enjoy the taste more that way rather than diluted. Taking it sublingually allows it to enter the blood steam faster too. I think $19.99 is a little on the expensive side for a 1-ounce bottle, but I’d definitely buy it when there’s a coupon offered.
