Great probiotics. Working right away without any bad side effects
I have tried a lot of probiotics for the past 5 years or so but these are the only ones that I feel great after taking them. Started working after the first night I took them and every day more and more. I really really appreciate that I had no stomach or intestinal discomfort after taking them, even at first, which is very common when taking other very well known brands. With this I felt it working inside, taking all the discomfort and bloated feeling away and giving you a calm feeling. My mood has improved a lot and I can enjoy foods I previously could not eat. For the reference, I have a lot of stomach and intestinal problems, bloating, stomach pain and not regular. I couldnât eat any foods that would give gas or discomfort for at least ten years or more. With these probiotics and a lot of prayer and trust in God I can finally feel a difference for the better and healing. Thank you Gut Health

Actually Effective!
This product was really easy on my stomach. The most obvious this I noticed was I pooped more often, and it was very — for lack of a better term — easy.I am very into supplements and this is probably one of the best ans moat effective probiotics I’ve ever taken.

High-Quality, Highly Effective
I’ve tried so many other probiotics, but none have worked as well as Gut Health, and I’m thankful I came across it. Not only can I tell it is effective in helping with my stomach issues like bloating and irregularity along with a few others, but with the gut being so instrumental to the rest of your health, you can imagine it’s been helpful with my energy and brain fog as well. The pills–medium to large in size–may look a little intimidating, but they’re actually easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. The pills are also shelf-stable which means no hassle of having to refrigerate them. To me, the quality and the performance of Gut Health are what makes them worth buying overall, and what makes them worth recommending.

Staple in my night time supplements
My stomach seems to be very touchy, eat the wrong things and its upset. Too much stress and its upset. Have the same meal that I loved 2 weeks ago without concern but now, its upset… I’m sure you get the point.One of the best ways I’ve found to lessen this problem in my life has been with consistent probiotic use! Now, not every one that I’ve tried has been a win with my system and some even made my stomach more upset but this probio by smarter nutrition is just right.The gel tabs are a bit large to swallow and taste/smell a little funny if you don’t get them don’t right away but that’s literally my only complaint. They are gentle on my sensitive guts and have been helping keep my digestive system a happier place. Yay for good gut bacteria!I mainly take mine at night so they have the most time to absorb without interference of other foods and supplements and that seems to work best for me. I love that they don’t need to live in my fridge, where I’d likely forget them, as well. So they sit on my vanity in my bedroom ready for me.There might be a different routine that works better for you but definitely give these probiotics a shot if you’re looking for a good one.

Great product!
I loved this probiotic. Usually others cause me to gain weight or feel bloated. I bought this after researching on here for some soiled-based. Right now the financial struggle is real and I took the risk. When I received the bottle it said that I had a free bottle as a reward. I contacted the company and they were glad to send it. I have finished both bottles and how I wish I had money to afford another one. My gut sure changed after the second bottle! Be patient when taking this product. I couldnât lose weight and this helped with losing a few lbs and with my appetite. I donât know if I had some sort of die out symptom in the first 2 weeks not to where my stomach would be the cause but I just felt tired. Overall, great product! And I paid this out of pocket, as mentioned the company does give as a reward the second bottle for free (donât know if thatâs still a promo).

Not bad
It is not always bad try things out especially when gut is telling you. Though I was skeptical at first to buy this product, but it turn out great for my constant constipation that was driving me crazy. It gentle for for your stomach though the gel tablets are huge for my liking. It has no taste to it I just don’t like when pills are that large of a size. I have being incorporating it with other supplements and I am very so much better since i started taking Gut Health supplements. It’s always good to listen to body as take or do anything just to be sure you are doing the right thing. It works wander for me and I believe to continue taking this for the full results.. I have being taking this for the past 90 days so I am really happy with the results and my BM too has improved. I gave a four stars only because the pills is large for my liking but the other that, the results have been great.
