I didnât think it would work … BUT
I didnât have much hope that this would actually help me sleep through the night…so I was SHOCKED when I slept 8 solid hours the very first night! I normally use melatonin – with mixed results. Sometimes I fall asleep but awaken 2 hrs later unable to go back to sleep – or fall back asleep only to awaken several more times. I rarely get a decent nights sleep & am constantly fatigued and tired. But thanks to Solid Eight Iâve had a full week of seriously restful sleep.I. Am. So. GRATEFUL!!

I’ve been using this for a while now and think it is SLOWLY making a difference. Insomnia often has deep, complex roots and may take a stubborn persistence to overcome.
