Martha Stewart Signature 6-Cup Heart Shaped Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Mold Pan
WHAT’S IN THE BOX: One 5-cup pre-seasoned cast iron heart-shaped mold pan. Measures 9 x 7 x 1.5 inches.
100% CAST IRON: Pre-seasoned with vegetable oil, this tough cast iron pan distributes and heats evenly. The mold pan is nonstick, easy to season, and convenient to clean — perfect for baking and serving heart-shaped quiches, fritatas and other baked goods every day, every season.
STRONG HANDLES: : Large handles provide balance and stability when lifting from the stove into the oven or when serving from the kitchen to the table. They offer enough space to accomodate thick oven mitts for safer handling.
A GIFT OF GOOD TASTE: Suitable to share as a birthday, Mother’s Day, holiday or wedding gift, this heirloom cookware is a tasteful all-occasion gift that friends can use on the regular and display proudly in their kitchen.
USE AND CARE: Compatible with induction, gas, electric, halogen, and vitroceramic stovetops. Oven, grill, and broiler safe up to 500°F. Hand wash only. Allow to cool before washing. Use a nylon scrub brush to remove food residue and stains. For proper seasoning, apply a thin layer of oil to season the pan after every use. Place it in a warm oven for 15-20 minutes to let the pan absorb the oil. Let the pan cool down then wipe with a soft cloth to remove excess oil. Store the pan in the cloth bag when stacking for extra protection.

Heart Scones
Gift for a sourdough lover! Going to make discard scones in the shape of a heart! Sturdy cast iron that came pre seasoned. Works great!

Really cute but kinda pricey!

Adorable pans and nicely cast.
I bought two of these on Amazon Prime Day and I’m very happy with them. The original antique cast iron Turk’s Hat pans like this are quite rare and expensive, so these modern Martha Stewart fluted pans are an excellent substitute. These are so unusual and nicely made that I bet they’ll become collectible in their own right. For my first bake, rather than cook muffins or tarts, I concocted a moist recipe for oatmeal cookies with dried cranberrries, pecans, and maple syrup. I did not add any special extra seasoning layers to these cast iron specialty pans prior to using them; I just used a heavy spray layer of Baker’s Joy and that worked out fine. I let my chunky cookie/muffins cool for about 20 minutes and then used a dinner knife to loosen a bit around the fluted edges—then I turned over the pans and my cookie/muffins popped right out. For easy removal, it worked best to not overfill the indentations. After cooling, the pans washed up easily with soap and a blue scrubby sponge afterwards. I know that some purists would want to strip the factory seasoning and reseason before using them, but the factory seasoning that these came with seemed excellent and performed well on my first bake.
