I LOVE THIS PRODUCT
This camera is amazing. And their customer support service is SUPERIOR. They are communicative, reply quickly (within less than 24 hours in my two experiences with them so far).I have had my camera for over 2 years and it recently stopped working. They troubleshooted it and decided they would send me a BRAND NEW one even though I was outside of the warranty!I will never recommend or buy any other monitor based on the customer service, functionality of the device, ease of use for the app, and lightweight/easy to travel size of the monitor. Thank you Lollipop for creating not only a great product but for supporting your customers so well.

Game changer
We love our lollipop and this is our second one for our third baby. The app is easy to use, the quality of the video and sound quality are like you are in the moment. The app and monitor connect to WiFi easily. Moving the monitor around is simple and with the âstick endâ of the lollipop it can attach and be adjusted to about anything.

Listen to the negative reviews. They are accurate.
I don’t typically like to leave negative reviews because I don’t like to hurt a business…However, this is supposed to monitor infant breathing so I think it’s important to share. We used the MIKU for our first child and it was great. The MIKU brand is currently filing bankruptcy and likely to be sold this month. With that up in the air we were in search of a new monitor and decided to give this a try.The wifi problems people talk about are real. We live in a populated suburb with great internet options and personally have a very high speed connection. Everything we connect to shows very strong signals except this. This show our signal as weak and the monitor was cutting out every couple minutes. You need to update the firmware to the most recent version when you get this. That does not resolve the issue. Neither does restarting. Which are both obvious things to try but that is all support will tell you to do.One other issue we experience was no sound from the speakers. With the volume turned up we could not get the thing to play any of the music nor could we hear our voices when we tried to talk through it.The camera quality is good if it actually worked but instead its just garbage. Returned.

If you have spotty internet, this may not be for you
We live VERY rurally and have spotty internet at times, so keep your connection in mind when purchasing. The lollipop is *fine* as far as doing its job i suppose – however, with an only decent internet connection it cuts out CONSTANTLY. And I mean constantly. My baby’s face is pixellated, it is super spotty, will ONLY work when my phone is connected to wifi (even though the lollipop is wifi connected, they both have to be or it will not let me view it)Its just frustrating to say the least. The interface of the app is kind of irritating too, not very intuitive or helpful.I don’t personally like or use the cry detection, as it doesn’t seem super useful. I just hear the cry and go in for the baby. Also, there is a few seconds delay from the baby crying to the monitor letting you know.I don’t know that another baby monitor would be better, given our slower speed with internet, but its just overall very expensive to be THIS bad.I DO like how you can wrap it around whatever you need to to mount it, but thats pretty much it.

Very reliable without any delay on sound and video with high quality night time vision
We have this camera for more than a year and we really liked it. Easy to install and take it to trip. Easy access from cellphone. One nice thing compare to what our friend had was the sound and video did not have a delay and the video quality day and night is great.

High quality
This is a cool little camera, the picture is crystal clear and the sound is too. There are settings that can be modified. The camera plays music and white noise. Well worth the money.

Great Monitor
This monitor has been perfect for us! The video quality is great. It’s been even better for traveling since it’s light weight, has a long cord, and it all connected to the phone directly. Highly recommend overall!

Great WiFi camera that can run local only if desired
I have bought two of these so far. They are easy to setup. Have great picture in both day and night vision mode. The number one deciding factor for me is the ability to operate them on local WiFi only. Sure, there are some features I canât use in that mode. Like video attached to the alerts. But the ability to not send the video through the internet, nor allow internet access is great, and from what I can tell unique.
