I recommend getting the size true to your waist measurement for the best fit. This back brace really helps train your body to have correct posture. I think it’s essential in life to avoid other health concerns. This will overall help spinal health and make you look taller as your posture gets better in time.I usually wear this back brace for about 20-30 minutes a day to slowly help improve my posture. Everytime I do wear it, I just feel great. The instruction manual says to wear the back brace for 1-2 hours a day for about 28 days to see good progress. I definitely think this brace is worth it if you’re serious about your posture and overall health!It’s very easy to wear. This back brace has 4 Velcro straps that easily adjust to your waist measurement. Another great part about this back brace is that it’s breathable. We wanted to give this item a try and so far itâs helping. My family member has a back problem and is unable to stand or walk straight. Found it to be effective but order one size larger
Bought this for my husband to become more aware and to use to retrain his posture as he has been slouching forward at the shoulders a little lately.#1 – as multiple people have said, the size guide is WAY off. My husband has a 34″ waist. The large size JUST fits him. The issue is not with the large waist band brace. The issue is that the smaller straps that the one brings forward for both the shoulders and the waist are too short.Once in place (a helping hand might be appreciated), this brace is effective in bringing the shoulders back and achieving correct posture. My husband says it’s like wearing a comfortable corset. For anyone who slouches when working on a computer and gets tightened shoulder muscles as a result, this should be a great help/reminder to maintain correct posture.Note that the directions state to start at 30 min. day #1 with differing incremental times to increase over a 2 week period.I would definitely recommend this product.

Posture Corrector Back Support Belt
My husband purchased this posture support belt for me. It does help straighten the spine. It is easy & comfortable to wear. The tiny holes on the back of the belt help your back stay cool when worn during a walk outside. The belt was well-made. I recommend this belt over the other types offered on Amazon.

So Far So Good
Most posture correctors I have come across on amazon have a lot of problems but so far this has been the best I have tried. my size (Medium) fit perfectly and I can feel my posture change. The velcro is very firm and it has functionality for adjustments, it was also at a reasonable price with a coupon.

Great brace to help with posture and back pain
I work at a standing desk and this was great to help me as i transitioned from sitting to standing. It was a little confusing when I opened it and figuring out how to get the straps correct- but itâs very adjustable and I can tell a difference when wearing it and the support it provides. It does limit how long you should wear it- I wasnât aware of that when I purchased it – so this is a product you only wear about 20 minutes when you start using it and worn your way up. For the price I thought it was a good product.
