So far, so good!
I bought this to replace the stock tank for my RO system from GE. The old tank was barely putting out two cups of water at a time. However, the stock replacement was going to be around $150, so I was looking for a cheaper option.Since this tank is carried by the same store that I bought the RO system from, and they have it labeled as an “industry standard” in terms of pressure settings, I decided to give it a try. And so far, it works great! Much better pressure, and I get a lot more water out of the system at a time. Notably too, the water tastes better! Maybe because it’s not mixing with old, stagnant water that can’t be expelled.Super easy to install! Bought a shut off valve fitting to connect the tank to the plastic line of my system, and managed to connect it easily. Be sure to use plumbers tape on the fitting. I also used an O-ring for good measure. So far, no issues with leaking, as other people are reporting in their reviews.

Exact replacement for my APEC RO tank
No issues.Would have been nice if tank already had a valve.I needed to remove the valve from the old tank and move it over, not a big deal. The bladder in these tanks only lasts a few years so regular replacement is needed. You can tell if the bladder is ruptured by how fast it loses water pressure when filling a container. This was a pretty good price for the tank.

Good quality and price
Our Apec RO system is great and has worked well for us. But as I have read, the tanks donât last forever. The water out of ourfaucet became very slow and pumping the pressure back up to 7-8 lbs. didnât work as the pressure leaked out rather quickly. The new tank was inexpensive and works very well. It is just one of the maintenance things that has to be done every now and then. More than worth it for clean water.

Good Replacement if the Bladder in Your RO System Has a Leak
I used this product to replace a water tank with a leaky bladder in our Reverse Osmosis system.Installation is very simple, just unscrew the fitting from the old tank and screw it onto the new one.If pressure below the bladder gets too low you can use a bicycle pump to pump it back up.

Exactly what I ordered.
I received the exact product advertised in New condition and sooner than expected. This tank seems to be working perfectly on my system and has eliminated the previous pressure issue we were experiencing. Overall very easy to implement. Only downside was absolutely no instructions or specs to reference on pressure settings on the tank or an indication if it had been previously set by the manufacturer.

great replacement works just like the ‘original’
This was a replacement tank for our Reverse Osmosis tank from Clear Water (which have had for many years) We called out a representative from Clear water and they wanted $500.00 to replace the tank!Thats almost 1/2 of our original cost to have it installed. We decided to just drink bottled water. We came across this tank on Amazon and thought what the heck, we should just try it. Once we got it hooked up and the ‘air pressure’ in IT WORKS PERFECTLY !!!

Restores pressure to your reverse osmosis water system
I had tried to adjust air pressure in tank first and that helped initial pressure but would not return system to a long duration of good pouring pressures. This tank seems to wear out every few years and replacement is easy and worthwhile
