First off, I mistakenly ordered this device. I searched for TENS units and then began my search like I usually do: scanning the reviews and price and availability on Prime. This unit ticked all the boxes, so I read the reviews and didn’t pay enough attention to the actual product listing. So, I ended up with this little ElectroTherapy massager.With such great reviews with people talking about knee pain relief I figured I’d at least give it a try. The instructions are easy enough to follow, and once you get it adjusted to a setting that feels good to you, you can set the timer and lock the screen.I have two bad knees and this device has two leads that enable me to put electrodes on both knees comfortably. I used it for an hour the night it arrived and immediately got relief. I decided to hold off using it again until the next morning to see if it caused and muscle soreness or other adverse effect. Nothing. So I wore it all day yesterday and used it on and off for a few hours throughout the day. I walked all through Costco with no discomfort. Usually a Costco trip sends me to bed or the recliner to get me legs up and recuperate. Not yesterday. I came home and made pizza and some desserts. Oh, and this is all without pain relievers. I had been taking ibuprofen as much and as often as deemed medically safe, but I knew doing that day after day had to be wreaking havocwith my liver. I have not had one ibuprofen since this little guy arrived.It comes with plenty of electrode pads, but since I intend to use it regularly for the foreseeable future, I need to order more pads. Here’s to happy accidents!

Easy and effective
When I called to set up a physical therapy appointment for leg pain, they told me 2 weeks out. I was hurting NOW and I canât take many medications. So, I opted to give this a try.It helped! I wore it at night while watching tv and even wore it to work one day. The mechanism fit discreetly in my pocket, as did the wires that were threaded out at my waistband.No one was the wiser and it helped easy some of the stiffness in my leg.I ordered more pads for when these wear out but the original pads still have plenty of life in them.This little gem is getting packed in my luggage for any upcoming trips ⦠just in case;) I wish Iâd had this when I hurt my back in the Netherlands. You canât even buy Tylenol over the counter there. You have to have a doctorâs prescription! Yikes!

Benefit of using this is doubtful
The unit works as advertised. It feels like a kind of small, localized massage. In fact, it can even feel like a pleasant massage after you get the settings right and your body gets accustomed to it. It can feel like a stinging or burning sensation at first, but I’ve found that goes away in a few seconds. Trouble is, there is no lasting benefit. It can make muscles feel a bit relieved, but there is no sustained benefit. Overall, it works, the effect is not bad, but is it worth the trouble of stringing the sensors to various parts of your body? Not so much.

This is a truly awesome product. It’s portable and easy to carry. While I have a massage chair which is awesome by the way but there are blind areas for the chair as well. This is where this product comes in and it works wonders.TENS has been clinically proven to reduce nerve related pain. Also equally effective for muscle stiffness. Not effective at all for orthopaedic pain.My mother has had a stiff neck for 6 years now and numerous doctor visits couldn’t fix it. Finally, a family friend practicing neurology in Germany recommended it and after just 3 uses for the first time in 6 years she is able to rotate her neck the way the neck is supposed to rotate.I also checked it with my aunt suffering from Sciatica pain and she for the first time in more than 5 years genuinely reported a significant relief.I recommend this to everyone.TENS has to be used as per the instructions of the manual like the device is not suitable for people with pacemaker, pregnant women, etc.
