Very comfortable and is holding its shape so far. Definitely keeps my Cpap headagear stable all night.My only issue is that its too thin, I end up needing another pillow underneath or my neck isn’t comfortable but I have broad shoulders.

Works well with cpap mask and hose, the cutaway at the sides help lessen pressure on the mask, a problem I’ve found with other pillows. Foam support is comfortable; I’ve added a folded towel beneath to increase the height by maybe an inch. Initially, there was a slight odor, but within a day or two the pillow was odorless. I’ve tried maybe 5 pillows over the years to use with cpap, and this one works the best. I’d add that the depression near the center lessens pressure on my ear/jaw and the cpap straps that cover that area.

New to the CPAP world and this pillow right here made everything 10 times better! Been sleeping like a baby, and less body movements because of how comfortable this thing is! Love it

Nope. Not for this side sleeper.
I guess my neck isn’t long enough but there’s no way I could get the pillow under my neck (NOT partially under my shoulders which caused me to wake up in pain) and still get my head to rest in the middle with mask close to deepest part of side cut away area. The pillow is too deep from bottom to middle.My hose has never been much of a problem except needing to make sure exhale vents are unobstructed which hasn’t been difficult given natural distance between nose & pillow.My main reason for getting this pillow was to take pressure off side of my face so mask doesn’t leave marks and be more likely to leak.Not being able to position my head comfortably where the mask has nothing underneath it, defeats the purpose for which I bought this pillow.I gave it 2 stars because it arrived promptly, was well packaged, and is a high quality pillow. It just doesn’t work for this normal sized side sleeper. It looks great for back sleepers but they don’t need side cut outs.(A very close look at product pix actually reveals the issue: the model is wearing same color as pillow so it’s difficult to see that for her head to reach pillow center the bottom has to be partially under her shoulders.And mask position in before & after pix is virtually the same vis a vis lack of a space under the mask and front of head).I came up with my own DIY solution that is less expensive, easy to arrange & clean, flexible, comfortable and most of all, keeps pressure off face. Via ‘tiers’, it also gradually elevates my head as recommended for apnea.SEE ATTACHED PIC: The two big pillows are fairly thin regular foam and the small top one is memory foam (e.g. travel/camp size). Its small size means there is firm support where I need it (back of head to just in front of ears) and nothing underneath front of head. No leakage and minimal strap marks & facial wrinkling. Hose & exhale vents completely unobstructed.Works for me. I’ll be returning the CPAP pillow.

I started CPAP therapy a year ago with a nasal pillow mask. I didn’t want to give up my favourite ergonomic pillow and didn’t even think I needed a CPAP pillow since I do t use a full face mask. But I was finding myself moving to the edge of my old pillow and constantly shifting my position forward to accommodate the mask, which led to neck pain. So I decided to get a CPAP pillow and after much comparing I decided to get this one. Sooooo happy I did! It’s comparable to my old ergonomic pillow in comfort, not too soft not too hard. Like that it has two heights, the higher side is best for me. And the position of the side indents is perfect to accommodate my CPAP mask and no more moving forward to get to the edge! I use a pillow case over it but I did wash the one that it comes with and it washed really well. Super happy with my purchase, highly recommend!
