How to find Gestral Gambler in Clair Obscur Expedition 33

You can find the Gestral Gambler at the Gestral Village, which you’ll discover during Act 1. Starting from the village entrance, you must take a right at the Chief House and go through a rock arch.

Head toward the sign that says, “An unbearable smell lurks away,” and you’re well on your way to speaking to the Gestral Gambler. Walk down the long walkway with pillars, leading you to the building with cards and dice. You’ll now begin your riddle extravaganza, similar to Antoine’s quiz.

What is the correct answer to Gestral Gambler’s riddle in Expedition 33?

Approach the wooden wall to speak to the Gestral Gambler, and they’ll ask you if you like gambling. Press “Yes,” and they’ll ask you another question: “Let’s say that every time I hit, I have a 50 percent chance of dealing 100% damage. What are my chances of dealing more damage in the long run?” You’ll have the following four answers presented to you, and I’ve bolded the correct one:

• Same chance.
• Lower chance.
• Higher chance.
• I don’t care.

Although an answer like “I don’t care” might seem incorrect at first, it’s the exact response the Gestral Gambler is looking for. To them, gambling isn’t about statistics.
