Perfect for my dry skin
I’ve been on a skincare journey trying dozens of products in the last year and this is the best cleanser that I’ve tried for my sensitive dry skin. I use it with the Thayers Milky Toner and Good Molecules Hyaluronic Acid and Gentle Retinol and Vanicream moisturizer. Little to no scent and leaves my face smooth and nourished. Iâve been using Thayers Milky Face Cleanser for a while now, and itâs exactly what my dry, sensitive skin needed! I love it!
This toner is so nice. It makes my skin feel smooth and soft after washing my face. You can pour a tiny bit onto your fingertips and smooth it over your face without using cotton balls or a washcloth. This makes me like it even more. I highly recommend this toner over others I have tried. And the price is lower than that of the more “fancy” brands I’ve used in the past. This does not dry out my skin or make it feel tight.

Milky Cleanser
Great cream cleanser. I was swayed by Nina Poole to try this and I am glad I did. It is a little cheaper than the CeraVe I have been using, and I like it better than CeraVe for getting my makeup off at the end of the day. It is milder on my eye area and still does a fantastic job of taking off waterproof mascara. No noticeable scent other than mild cleanser, and it is easier on my wallet too.

Truth be told, you can’t judge a book or a facial cleanser by its cover, and I was drawn in by the guy on the bottle, who reminds me of the Smith Bros. of cough drop fame. So guess I was thinking a bit nostalgically about old-timey things. However this is a modern formulation, and at my age I am after moisturizing in all my skin care. So what can’t I settle with about this? The consistency is strange, kind of watery. Also it is billed as “fragrance free”, and I do enjoy the various aromas of my skin care products, but decided I could live without that if I liked the rest of what it did. What I did not realize is that “fragrance free” does not connote no smell and unfortunately this cleanser has a weird chemical smell that I can’t ignore. So while it does its job well enough and has helped my face stay moister I can only think that could be having similar results with a different product that smells better, and I may well return this while it’s still in the return time window.

Favourite face wash. I have extremely dry and sensitive skin . This product helps hydrate ( I also use Thayer’s face cream and the toner) and I don’t get any redness or rashes.

This milky toner feels so lovely on the skin.
The consistency is smooth and it feels very soft on the skin.
It sometimes clears some impurities or leftover make-up, if I didn’t do a good job with the cleaner, although that’s not its main job.
It does feel a bit moisturizing, even though that effect is not huge.
The bottle is very cute and I love that they’re cruelty-free.
I have purchased many times and will continue to do so.
