Tiny pills
These are tiny pills and are gel pills making them very easy to swallow. Recommendation is for one a day making them inexpensive and easy to take. Iâd definitely recommend this brand of vitamin D.

Product does the job for low-level Vit D persons
I have an issue with maintaining Vitamin D levels at a normal range for the past 20 years or so. Blame it on the lack of sun in the midwest during the winter, or maybe my body just is not down with Vitamin D production. Anyway, these clear soft gel capsules are easy to digest and I follow the instructions and take with food to hopefully get the max absorption of the product. I feel no side effects and my numbers are back in normal range. There are different products with different IU levels so I made sure to find out from my doctor what level I should be taking, and she told me 2000 IU, so here we are.
