Great monitor
This is the second monitor I have bought. I’m watching two of my grandson’s now and although I have another brand of monitor for my second grandson, it frustrated me so I purchased another one of these.
The other brand kept turning off when there was no movement and the piture was very grainy. I also was having a hard time hearing anything on it and the battery was dying. I know this monitor is trustworthy and it was everything the other monitor wasn’t.
My original review: The picture is very clear and I liked how simple it was to use. I wanted a baby camera that allowed me to view the child all the time while the unit was on, not something that was only voice or movement activated. This camera allows me to watch, at a glance, the child sleeping or waking up, without punching buttons to see whatâs going on. I like this âpeace of mind.â Itâs compact yet has lots of the great functions that the expensive cameras have. The battery life is really good considering how long I have the unit on and the picture is present on the screen.
The only issue I have found and corrected my own use of the monitor is the sound. The sound is located in the back, so don’t have your parental unit laying down (use the support legs to prop it up). Also, be careful with sound machines and vaporizers around it, as they dull the sound and picture that comes back to you on your parental unit, I have noticed. When my parental unit is turned up to high and the monitor, itself, is only 3 feet away from the crib , I have a hard time hearing anything in the crib unless itâs loud crying when my unit in the child’s room is by the sound machine (and it’s on). I know some of you will say duh, but I am just letting you know as you set up your child’s room. Iâve tried 3 other monitors and I finally found this one. Itâs a great monitor ! Very happy with my purchase!! 4.5 stars

Great little basic camera!
We had a slightly more advanced camera (it could pan and incrementally zoom) when my daughter was younger, but it stopped holding a charge after a few years. For the price versus buying another replacement battery, I decided to look for another unit altogether and stumbled on this one.
It works perfectly for what we need. Our daughter is older now, but still young enough that I need to know if she gets out of bed in the middle of the night, especially if I am working on something in the garage, in the backyard, etc. Since she typically either sleeps through the night, or comes straight to my room if she wakes up and needs something, so I didnât need anything âfancy.â
This is perfect if youâre looking for a reasonably priced, fixed-frame camera. The picture quality is good, and the night vision is great (comparable to many high-end cameras I tried when she was a baby). The battery holds a charge for several hours, and itâs got a great range. We have a 2700 sq ft house, and the monitor will pick up the camera signal anywhere in the house, and about 20 feet into the back or front yard.
I also love the option of having a handheld monitor versus a wi-fi camera with an app because I often work from my phone and canât realistically always have the camera feed pulled up.

Wow, excellent product!!
This exceeded my expectations. Such an affordable yet high quality product! Picture is great, sound is very clear and I’m able to use this across both ends of my house just fine. My son is sleeping in his own bed now and our rooms are literally on opposite ends of my house, so this definitely gives me the peace of mind I was looking for. We don’t have great internet because we live in the woods, so this is perfect for us not having to worry with getting a good internet connection. I love that both the camera and parent device can plug into a wall outlet, so I can always have this going all night long. The parent device also has the option to run on a rechargeable battery if preferred. I am super impressed with the quality and how convenient and compact this is! Very happy customer ð my son can clearly hear me and communicate with me through this and I can hear him clearly as well. I’ll probably be purchasing an additional camera for my porch to see if it will work outside also to see who’s at my door! I love that there’s no lag or delay, so would probably be great for monitoring my door/porch. Thank you for this amazing purchase!!!

Meets my needs
Iâve been using this monitor for about a week and am happy with it overall. The picture is clear at night and good enough that I can tell baby is breathing (chest rising/falling) depending on her position. Very easy to set up and use. I purchased when baby was 6 months, and I think if we had her sleeping in her own room earlier I might have wanted a higher quality camera. But this does what I need. Eco mode turns on/off based on sound and is pretty sensitive. Value isnât super loud – fine for me, but if you are a very heavy sleeper it might not wake you up. Temperature indicator is way off. It says 79 right now but the home thermostat says 67. Overall good camera for the price, does what I need, might want more for a newborn or if youâre an anxious parent.

This product was working ok for the first few weeks. It started freezing on the same screen that if you are not paying attention you might think baby is still sleeping.
It also stopped charging. It just felt like a waste of money.
