Good laptop deal.
Good laptop deal. Excellent condition. First one out of the box had an issue with the sound. Put in for tech support and a replacement came almost the next day!
You have to run Windows Update to get the Windows 11 OS. Don’t let the Windows 10 fool you. Machine updated to Windows 11 in the usual way for updates. Takes some time so be patient. Win 11 runs well on the machine. Pretty snappy response. I also went in and deleted the old Windows files. Google that, pretty easy. Gives you about 85 gigs more space..

High quality for “excellent refurbishment”
I’m quite satisfied with the final product! I ordered “excellent refurbished” because I was suspicious of what the other two meant (did acceptable mean it’s longevity and functionality was compromised or something?). The box it arrived in, with all the items, were neatly packed! When I opened the computer, there was a bit of debris on it but overall very clean and looked brand new!
The touch feature has a really nice response time – I can write on it in real time pretty well,
Though the original stylus wasn’t included (to which they gave me a replacement, 3rd party stylus that works well – thank you!).
Overall, the computer runs smoothly for the average person! Not sure if it can run AAA games but maybe Minecraft and such!
Overall, a great product for the price paid! A little disappointed about the stylus part but can’t be mad with an adorable, fully functional product!

Great little laptop, butâ¦â¦
UPDATED REVIEW.
Love the laptop. Not happy with the third party seller. Started using the second laptop and noticed it was running WINDOWS 10 pro. It was suppose to be WINDOWS 11. Called for support and found out this is a third party seller. Unlike baseball two strikes and out. Returning the second faulty laptop before I find more problems.
Purchase this unit for it’s mobility and touchscreen option. I interchange between a PC and an iPad at work. Love the iPad portability, touchscreen ease, long battery life and the apps available from the the App Store. The small screen tough makes for a challenge when working on detailed spreadsheets, long documents. etc. in the office. A MAC is to expensive to carry around for field data entry.
The Lenovo is proving to be a good bridge for both field work and office summary of data collected. The processing power is good (the Yoga 11e is not meant for gaming/photo editing) and the touchpad is responsive. The Yoga 11e is compact like the iPad, has a keyboard for quick data entry, and good battery life. To over come the small hard drive, I carry a compact portable hard drive when needed with large documents and historical reference data. It is easy to plug in if needed.
I can use the touchscreen in the field to access information in large documents, update the data as it changes or enter raw data for later processing. This means I do not need to revisit the “notes” I used to need when using the iPad. I connect to a large monitor in the office if I need to “process” field information or large amounts of data.
Side note: The first reconditioned unit that I ordered and received had problems. When I contacted Amazon they immediately processed the return and sent a replacement. A 5.0 for support.

Pleasantly surprised!
I thought hard and long about buying a refurbished laptop. Finally, I decided this one sounded too good to pass up. It arrived in two days, as promised, and was in “new” condition (other than an unpleasant smell like the box had been fumigated). It was charged and booted right up very fast. I checked and verified all the specs were correct except that it was installed with Windows 10Pro instead of the Windows 11 advertised.
The next day I tried to contact the third party seller. I was informed their phone number was no longer in service! I then proceeded to install Windows 11, ver 24H2 myself. This is why I lowered the rating to four stars. Overall I am glad I took a chance and bought this.
PS. A day after I received it, Amazon dropped the price by $10

Very Good
I’ve only had it a few days, but so far I’m very happy. Cosmetically it’s just about perfect. Ports seem tight. Screen works well. Batter charges to about 84% of capacity when new. And it definitely seems robustly built. Updating to the latest version of Windows 11 took some time and effort, but went well.
No, it’s not super light. And the bezels are thick. And there’s no fan, which concerns me a little. Obviously it’s not for gaming or heavy work, but for normal tasks, it seems fine. I’ve had a bunch of browser tabs and a couple of MS Office files open, and it was okay.
I think it’s a good deal (and it’s gone down by $10 since I bought it, because that always happens).
