Works great and does the job
Works great and does the job I get a good workout with these and everyday I find new uses and ways to use these in my workouts and their great for a cheap starter but I feel the more expensive ones will last longer and are stronger these feel thin and cheap and I’m afraid to stretch too much and too far I had one snap on me doing what’s and it hurt I feel their more for a smaller person and I’m kinda in the middle of small and big. But anyways I recommend these if your on a budget and need something for working out and your small and petite.

Decent set of bands – heavier resistance option would make them better
This set of bands is nice. They come in a little bag and are labeled as to what resistance they are. I personally find that the most resistive of them isn’t enough for a lot of my workouts. So I double up on them. Its not a big deal, but if you’re looking for serious resistance bands for training, maybe look at some other options before these so you don’t have to use multiple loops at once. Also they are a little slippery so if you’re wearing leggings they tend to slide down a bit.

Perfect for a Beginner Like Me
As a 65-year-old woman new to resistance band exercises, I found these bands incredibly easy to use. The quality is excellent, and I love that each band has a different color for varying resistance levels. They come with a nice storage bag, making them easy to keep organized. Great quality for the money. I highly recommend for beginners and beyond.

Not strong enough
I took the strongest one out of the bag, the black one and put it below my knees to try to work my eye doctors. It’s definitely not strong enough. Didn’t even attempt looking at the weaker ones because even the strongest one isn’t strong. Returning for a better brand such as skills. No longer buying these trying to made crap

The Renoj Resistance Bands.
I like them because they are just what I needed for my husband whom recently had a stroke. The bands are especially great Quality, the length and tension stays in place and the weight is extremely low and the colors are ideal for his physical therapy.
