Really nice herbal guide!
Herbal Remedies â The introduction felt a little AI but once the chapters began, it was very good. I liked the idea of incorporating herbs in small ways, peppermint and ginger tea or incorporating some of the oils into cooking. I also like the references to reviewed scientific articles. Identification, uses and growing are also covered. Iâve always been interested in tinctures and the author does a really nice job of explaining them and how to make them. Part of it is intuitive, which I can appreciate. Helps you add a little creativity to your recipes. There is also a list of questions and answers regarding the safety on the herbs and certain sensitive populations like children and pregnant women. A really nice book and guide!
