Best yoga mat ever
I upgraded from my old mat, and this is amazing!! It is at least twice as thick as my old mat. Itâs worth the price, and itâs a beautiful color. I am able to do yoga and strength training easily on this mat. It doesnât slip, provides extra cushion for my knees, and feels amazing to stand on. It is bigger than a standard yoga mat which is a plus for me at home but I imagine it might be difficult or bulkier to travel with. It also doesnât fold up as tightly because of that so it takes up a little more room. It is durable, because my dog has walked on it several times, and there are no tears or holes!! I love this mat and would buy again.

Best workout mat on Amazon
This is quite possibly the best yoga/workout mat on Amazon. I tried and returned 4 other mats before getting to this one. I LOVE this mat. I do HIIT-style workouts at home and I needed a mat that was thick enough to cushion my feet/knees/wrists and did not slip on my hard tile floor. This mat finally did all of those things. Itâs thick enough that my wrists and knees do not hurt during floor exercises. It does NOT slip on the tile floor even during fast lateral moves. And I do not slip on it even when Iâm sweaty. And to top it all off, it comes in a pretty color. I could not be happier. Itâs also a nice size. Iâm 5â10â and I wish it was a little longer, but itâs not the end of the world. However, if they ever made this exact mat in a longer version, I would buy it. It is bigger than most ânormalâ yoga mats Iâve bought, so please donât let my comment on size discourage you from this product. All Iâm saying is that if a longer one ever existed, I would get it. Haha. Another couple pluses that I just thought of: itâs easy to wipe down and clean and it unrolls nicely and becomes flat pretty quickly. I tried a couple other thick mats and the end never fully unfurled. I donât roll this up super tight, so that probably helps. Also, it seems like it has a sturdy surface that wonât flake or crack. One of the other mats had splits in the surface of it after only one use. Iâve used this one a couple times now with shoes on and the surface is still intact. This one MIGHT even resist dog nails, but I love this mat so much that I am NOT letting my baby on it (no matter how hard he tries)! Wow, I just talked so long about a yoga mat⦠now yâall know how amazing it is. Donât try to get the $30 ones if you want a thick mat that wonât slip on hard floors. Iâve tried almost all of them. Just get this one!

does not slip on carpet
I was looking for a non-slip mat to use on carpet for exercise like burpees, mountain climbers, push ups. This mat is great, and very stable since it is heavy. It was not too costly. The smell has dissipated over 2 weeks, and is a light “bandaid” latex smell when your face is close. I put some items on it to help it flatten and it left indentation marks but they disappeared over several days. It is the right level of cushion for me, and it is nice and large. I am very happy with this mat!

I love this yoga mat. Itâs wide, thick and long. It has a really good grip. It makes me want to do yoga all the time. I use this at home only because itâs a bit heavy to take it to yoga class and it doesnât fit my yoga bag. But I am so happy with this purchase.

This mat is thick enough to protect my tailbone yet thin enough to not be so heavy. I tried the one at Lululemon and it was heavier than me so this one is just perfect and itâs thick and itâs comfortable and itâs long and wide.

I was concerned the padding wouldnât be enough for my knees, however I was pleasantly surprised. The mat is very dense which I find perfect! I love the width of the mat, so much nicer than the narrower one I had. The mat also does not slid around or stretch at all when Iâm using it. Very nice mat and I would buy again!
