Awesome!!
This Chromebook is great!! Plenty of storage space, clear screen resolution, does everything my family needs and then some!! Only thing I don’t like is that its not compatible with the Amazon shopping app. But I can use the browser for that when needed. Keeps me from shopping so much!!! Wonderful purchase!

Convertible and touchscreen with Pentium
I did not have any of the screen issues. The other guy mentioned in fact the unit looks like itâs brand new even though itâs a year old.. worked perfectly from out of the box took me a second to figure out how to power it up. Just make sure you charge it first.. sign into Google did an update you know theyâve got all these cute cues now where it says weâre gonna update you just hang in there. I think itâs a excellent device. Itâs for our group and so being a convertible she can turn it over so we can just look at the screen for Google sheets and we use Google sites for our website. I think itâs a great purchase at the price point. I would definitely get the pentium.

Best Chromebook I have had so far
Size is right based on large enough screen WITH easy portability. Clear, bright colors, good keyboard size and layout, studier than the Samsung Chromebook I started out with. I like the charger connection on this one, too. The three Chromebooks I had before came with the cylindrical, attenuated connector, which is easily bent out of shape. This one has a USB connection charger. Very convenient, since I can charge it with my portable charger when I’m away from home (although it’s slower).

I bought this for homeschooling my daughter. Over all a great product. When setting up, if youâre using an online based homeschool. Do not set up with their email. As it gives them complete access to all settings. That is the only problem I had. I had to reset and use my email address.

It’s just as awesome as I expected it to be. I love how you can fold it backwards half way, all the way as a tablet, or upside down like a tent. The tent way is perfect for movie watching while laying down. The sound is loud and clear. The 8gb of ram is fast and allows for multiple apps. The wifi connection is stable and fast. The battery life is above average and it charges super fast. I also love how every chromebook has built in security. In laptop form it feels lightweight, but when folded all the way back into tablet form, it’s a bit heavy. I’m only using it at home, so it’s perfect for me.

Look elsewhere for a different device. This is garbage
I normally don’t write reviews, but when I do it’s either for something outstanding or something that should be steered clear by everyone in the general public. Unfortunately, this one is for the latter. I purchased this device to begin with as a laptop to be used by my son for Chicago public schools and allow him to be able to access his school work. Upon receiving the first unit physically, the device looks and feels wonderful and within 2 days of starting to use it. The screen was no longer capable for touch capabilities and the keyboard was non-functional as well. I called their customer support line at Asus and Asus. Couldn’t figure out what was wrong either, but I was supposed to pay to send a device I just bought to go have it repaired by Asus and this is why I say their customer service is knowledge below standard but I would say some of the worst there is on the market today. Amazon luckily was able to step in and send me a new unit as a replacement. Amazon’s customer service is some of the best I’ve ever you dealt with. Got the new unit and now this one over here. Can’t even stay connected to Wi-Fi. My kid can’t do his homework. This computer is a total piece of garbage even for something as simple as a means to do homework for a grade school. I will never touch another asus device again and I would advise anyone else that is looking into this product to look elsewhere to avoid the frustration that I’m going through right now

I wanted it for my Chinese wife. Although, I was able to change the language settings to Mandarin Chinese my wife was not able to use it to her satisfaction.
