I take this daily to help with energy. I feel like the pill does its job. As with many medications, the pill has a different smell, but no bad aftertaste. Easy to swallow as well.

Good but terrible oder and taste
I started taking this B Complex because I’m a vegetarian and I wasn’t eating the right way so my hair started falling out really heavily. My doctor recommended that I take a different brand of B Complex with Vitamin C but I chose this because it’s vegetarian. It gives me energy, it’s a helping my depression and focus. The only con is that it smells and tastes so bad that I called the company and the nice lady said she doesn’t know why. I would like to know the reason for this. This is a great quality vitamin product and I recommend it.
