Great Product!!
I have this on auto ship. My dogs were frequently getting GI upset, nosing at their food, eating alot of grass and noticing licking if their paws which is a telltale sign of GI issues. I have seen a big change in my dogs overall GI health. No paw licking, both dogs look forward to eating..(note: I have been making our own dog food) but they still have some kibble which I soak first…but even with this homemade food, they still needed some help…and this product is great!! I also did buy joint/hip supplements as well. I feel my dogs do well with pet honesty products..we have tried other products that did not work as good. This is a long review, but if you’ve read this entire post, you care about your pets and want them to live happy healthy lives.

Finally, something that worked; warning… using all the words to graphically describe poop quality!
I have a little Russell Terrier (11 months old) that has had loose runny stools since I got her at 4 months. She had a bout with giardia (unbenounced to me, she had it continually as a puppy before I got her; all the pups did), and just never got right again. The vet prescribed the antibiotics and pro/prebiotics, but I couldn’t get them IN to her. She’s a picky little eater (not normally a JRT trait, I know, she’s weird), and I just couldn’t. I can’t remember how I came across these; maybe looking for something treat-based that she would eat? Oh and no poultry; the vet put her on a no poultry diet in case that was an allergy. So, here we are, pumpkin based. And she EATS them! At first she kinda mouthed them, and spit them out, then eventually ate them. I broke them in half and did half in the morning and half in the evening for a week. Now she begs for them in the morning. I still break it in half cuz she’s only 10 pounds. But she’ll actually eat them with no drama. It has taken almost a full month, but for the first time in the 7 months I’ve been blessed with the little menace, I’m seeing consistent solid stools. I took to “rating” them from 1 (a puddle), to 5 (YAY Cat-type Poops again!). We went from 2’s and occasional 1’s, to 3’s (mushy and hard to pick up, but at least forming. We call it “stacking” in the horse world) with an occasional 4 (forming actual turds, albeit maybe a little slimy) To this week, 3 weeks after starting, I’m getting consistent 5’s with a few 4’s out there! (and an occasional 3). WOO HOO! Now it’s not just about pick up here, I figure if she’s passing puddles and gooey slimers, then her little tummy isn’t feeling well (I know this by personal experience. Sorry, TMI?), and that breaks my heart. I think she’s eating better, and any Mom of anything loves that. I say if you’re having gooey-poo issues with your pup, give this a try. Give it a month, though. Stay the course. I’d be interested to hear if it helped your picky little weirdo like it helped mine!

Itâs good for the most part
My dog does enjoy the duck flavor and she thinks itâs a treat. It definitely did help her gut and keep more consistent poos. It has not helped the itching but we are still trying to figure out her allergies.

Had my doubts and they were proven wrong
I had my doubts about this. I was previously using a powdered probiotic that needed to be kept in the fridge. It worked well. I have one dog with bowel movement issues and one who gets sick if she’s hungry. The old probiotic helped both of them and I was nervous to try something different but this was cheaper and easier. This is working great for them. We are on our second container and I have setup the subscribe and save. The dogs are excited and see these as treats every morning.

Work Well … from what I can tell!
We got the duck flavor – our shepherd thinks they are treats and gobbles them right up. Seem to work well for consistency and quality.

Changed formula–they now smell terrible
Have used these probiotics for both my dogs and cats for years with good results. The formula has changed and they now smell terrible (like yeasty spoiled fruit) I noticed it immediately after lifting a portion of the safety lid. They look completely different than what I’ve received in the past. My dog was very reluctant to eat the tiny piece I broke off for him to try. No way I will be able to get my cats to eat it sprinkled over their food, the smell is so off putting and they’re the ones that need it most (cuts down on box smells a LOT) Picture shows the difference between new (top) and old. Very irritated that I’m stuck with (no returns) $80 of worthless (possibly spoiled?) product that I’ve depended on for years.

Good For the Dog
It tastes great according to my dog. It lasts a long time and is very good for the money. It made his coat shine and he seems to be pain free.

Does it work? – Too good to be true
Our rescue pup came to us with a few quirks, one of which was horrible gas and runny stools! Despite trying every variation of vet recommended diets, there was no relief from the nauseating gas of our newest family member. I decided to give the Pet Honesty Probiotics a try and the results were game changing. After a few days the gas was gone and stools were back to normal. Of course this required that we immediately subscribe to ensure we were always prepared to breathe clean air. All was well until we had to take an emergency road trip and forgot to grab the Pet Honesty Probiotics. By day two the car ride was unbearable. Had to have a family friend over night the little magic container of probiotics to our hotel. This product is definitely an essential item for our family and our pup loves them. I place two pellets in with her daily morning feeding and Presto! NO MORE GAS!Tips:Give it time – It takes a few days/weeks for the product to build up in your pups systems and take effectDon’t wait – Start a subscription so you don’t run out. Even a small lapse in daily doses made a difference in our pupBreathe easy – Give it a try and avoid holding your breath for long periods or explaining to guests that it was the dog and not you

My dog wouldn’t eat it. Also my dog is 6 pounds so had to chop it up. They are big dog supplements. Not happy. Also, I was way within the time limit to return and they would not provide a refund email slip. If they would issue a refund I would definitely change my review.
