Good mat
I was very impressed. Price and quality are great. I love that it has the carrier and that has the body alignment signs. Itâs pretty think and grips well. Color also very cute, I got the purple one.

Less slippery and love the markings
I’ve bought several of these, one at my mom’s house for when I visit and others because oops I left them at the gym while lifting weights, argh. The texture of this has more grip than other mats I’ve used. It’s thinner and somewhat harder than the thick cushy ones but I prefer that, it is easier to balance yet I still feel cushioned from the floor. I really like and use the alignment marks.

Excellent for at home yoga
I really like this mat with the alignment lines, the thickness is perfect too. The only reason Iâm giving it 4 stars is because most yoga studios have some level of heat to them, and once the sweat starts dripping, the mat becomes very slippery. However, itâs perfect for non-heated room workouts!
