Good collection of baking pans, very versatile and absolutely non-stick.
First, the photos and the movies on the product page are very accurate. Second, the pans are absolutely non-stick.In the first picture, you can see on the left some banana muffins that have been made in the muffin pan. After they cooled, just a little tap on the back and they all fell on the cooling wires. On the right, you can see a loaf of banana bread in its bread pan.In the second photo, you can see the banana bread on the cooling wires after it’s been taken out of its pan. It just took one or two taps and it came right out.Besides being non-stick, the other good feature of these pans is that they’re extremely lightweight. If you prefer stumbling around the kitchen with cast iron pans, these aren’t for you. They’re so light, I wondered if they were made out of plastic. Maybe they are? If they are, it doesn’t matter because they can survive 400° in the oven.I think it’s a lot more likely that the plastic feel comes from their non-stick surface. With the low price on these pans, you really can’t go wrong giving them a try. If your opinion is different from mine, you have 30 days to send them back.

Non-stick works very well (at least for now)
This is a nice complete set of safe ceramic non-stick bakeware. The way the pieces are sized, they can stack together inside each other well, which is a good space saver. I baked a cake with the two round cake pans, and the cake came out effortlessly when I turned them upside down. The only potential downsides are that the metal is very thin, so it would be very easy to bend them–and in fact one of the loaf pans was ever so slightly bent when I received it, but it was easy to bend it back with no visible damage done by doing so. The other is that this set is SMALL. The cake pans are only 7″ in diameter. But this actually works well for me as I am usually only wanting to make smaller cakes. I should also note that my box said it was a 5-piece set when it was really the 6-piece set that I ordered. So, yes, this set is smaller than one might expect and very light duty, but it looks nice, stacks well, and the nonstick coating seems to work extremely well, so I think it’s worthy of 5 stars. If the coating doesn’t hold up over time, I will come back and update my review.

Pretty Good Starter/Gift Set
I got this set mainly because my old pans are really showing their age. Not that they don’t still work well; they just don’t look good. I figured that it was about time I get a coordinated set and try some non-stick pans for a change. This set appears to be good quality for the price and the pieces are at least as heavy a gauge of metal as my existing pans. Neither the new or old pans are restaurant-grade, but they don’t get abused like they would in a restaurant, either. I predict these pans could last for many years. The non-stick quality seems to work well – I’ve made two loaves in the bread pan, and one small lasagna in the square pan. Both release with no problem, and no residue stuck on. The lasagna pan cleaned up with no effort, as opposed to the burned-on residue usually left on my old pan.My only qualm is the “cake” pans. I haven’t used these, yet, and probably won’t, at least not for cake. They are slope-sided, like a pie pan, as opposed to the normal vertical-sided cake pans. While these new pans may work for an upside-down cake, or a small pizza, they would make for a rather strange-looking layer cake without cutting a lot of the cake sides off. Still, I guess they’ll come in handy for use for other than cake. All in all, I would recommend this set of pans as a good starter set for a new cook, or to give for a housewarming or other gift. They are certainly good-looking!

Good Choice
This bakeware set makes a great gift for someone new to the game but can also serve old hands well. It includes everything I use on a regular basis after many years of baking. I do have cast iron, glass and stainless steel to use when cooking but I keep those items to a minimum. These baking pans are light but not ultra light, they do have some weight to them. They’re attractive and have many features that make them desirable. They are carbon steel with marble coating. They have even heat distribution, they can tolerate higher heat, and they are scratch resistant. While the Marble coating is nonstick it has a somewhat healthier profile than most nonstick pans, especially the older ones. There are some things to remember about all nonstick pans. Hand washing is your friend. Even though some nonstick pans are better than others it would be wise to avoid scratching and high heat. Also, discard at the first sign of wear and tear. Marble coating does not have a lot of the chemicals that other nonstick pans may have but assuming that it is free of all potentially worrisome chemicals is magical thinking. My thoughts are: sometimes you just need a nonstick pan. So have a high index of suspicion when it comes to purchasing these pans, buy one free of as many toxic chemicals as possible and utilize current sop when caring for nonstick coatings. Furthermore, you cannot keep these pans forever. With that said, I new that It was time for me to make a change. I like these; I think you might too.

My wife bakes a lot and she likes these
I got these for my wife because she bakes a lot for her friends. So far she really likes them, they seem durable and haven’t scratched or anything yet. No signs of warping or anything like that either which is another thing that you sometimes experience with cheaper alternatives. I like that it came as a whole set vs having to get them individually. I know these kinds of pans usually don’t last forever (eventually they get pretty nasty) but I suspect she will get several years out of these based on the quality I have seen so far and when I say she bakes a lot I mean she bakes 2-3 times a week for like 5-6 people at a time. So if you bake less than that I wouldn’t even worry tbh.
