What a deceptive title! Barbara O’Neill has not written any of the content – or even approved of it. She probably doesn’t even know that someone else is using her name to sell their books! This book is FRAUDULANT. Don’t waste your time or money – and the content is so completely lacking, useless. It seems like it is written by AI as it contains gibberish language.Also – I ordered this book on June 12th and it has the date printed as June 13, 2024. (On the last page, it has “Made in United States. North Haven, Ct. 13 June 2024.” Weird huh? It was printed after I ordered it?!? Looks like it came off of someone’s printer and then slapped the cover on?!? You’ve been warned. And – shame on you, Amazon for selling something like this.P.S. I did, almost immediately, ask for a refund – which I received and Amazon told me not to bother returning the book.

This does not appear to be the case.There is a disclaimer in the book.Also, the typography is much too large for the format, which is also too large. It is not worth the price as the information could not be authenticated as inspired by Barbara O’Neil. There are also no scientific references. I would not recommend buying this book.
