Tastes just like Jumex Mango. It’s quite thick and rich. It does have the fenugreek after taste but it’s expected. only has three ingredients.

I seen a small increase, but I couldnât finish them cause they have the worldâs most disgusting taste to them and I guess itâs cause itâs just organic, but I will try other alternatives first before trying to all you breast-feeding and pumping momâs out there

Not only was it horrendous tasting, it did nothing for my milk supply. Absolute waste of money. Iâd tolerate the taste if it helped, but it doesnât.

Works great in conjuction with other supplements and a very healthy amount of water just be warned… the taste isn’t great. I had to chug them down or else it took me forever to get through it.. if I did at all. Isn’t quite as thick as you’d expect for it being smoothie ish. But if your supply is dwindling and those milk supplement pills aren’t doing it on their own, adding this to your routine is a safe bet.
