Many grips possible
Better than regular kettlebell – easy to “change it up” and do multiple grips. Safer because you can get good grip and avoid ever dropping it. I like it for two-handed overhead tricep curl, but also for holding close to core and doing squats and more.

Leaking fluid
The product itself is nice, comfortable to use, and makes sense ergonomically. However I had the same issue as another reviewer who mentioned leaking. There is a milky substance that also stained my wood floor, and I have no clue what this would be considering itâs supposed to be made out of sand and cement. Iâd love to know what it is because I donât even know if itâs safe.

UPDATE:The other kettlebell never showed up so I contacted Amazon and they gave me a refund and told me I could keep the one I had received. So just know if you buy a set you may or may not get both. The kettlebell itself is 5 stars, but I’m taking a star away due to them not packaging a set within the same box.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I ordered a set of 2, 10lbs each. Well made. Heavy. Comfortable to use. Packaged with care. However, I only received one. According to the Features and Details section: “PLEASE WAIT FOR DELIVERY: Because these bundle products may be supplied in multiple boxes, shipping times may vary.”I’ve never experienced this before when buying things online. I will wait and see if the other arrives on a later date and report back in my review.
